About Us

Royal Manor Care Group was established 18 years ago when we first purchased Pine View Care Home. Our company was formed under the trading name of Pine View Care Homes Ltd. Since then we have gone from strength to strength with a simple aim:-

To offer and provide the highest standard of professional care and comfort, in a warm, friendly and homely environment, in a non-institutional, high quality, family run HOME FROM HOME designed and intended for any elderly adult, who has difficulties associated with their health, due to long term physical and mental illness or disability.

Our Aims

To provide all aspects of care to elderly people, of both sexes, over the age of 65 therefore meeting individual needs.
To provide a home from home caring environment for the elderly who can no longer cope with living in their own homes.
To offer residents a high degree of choice in their day to day living.
To encourage motivation towards independence and have their privacy respected at all times.
To treat residents as individuals
To establish good attitude towards residents/visitors/relatives and give support when facing specific problems such as grief, bereavement and increasing disability.
To develop a keen sense of observation towards the residents needs knowing when to give help according to their limitations.
To foster an atmosphere of care and support which both enables and encourages our residents to live as full, interesting and independent a lifestyle as possible with rules and regulations being kept to a minimum.
