" The atmosphere at Pine View was warm and positive. We were impressed by the way staff treated all the residents as individuals. If tenderness was called for it was offered but there were also examples of great fun and jollity if this was appropriate. Staff were always on the lookout for any resident who was in discomfort and their response to those who were unwell was professional and timely."
